The 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show just ended. In case you missed it, I’ve got all the highlights. The Angels walked the runway in Paris, France at the Grand Palais with musical guests Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, and The Weeknd.
With their diverse themes of Road Ahead, Dark Angel, Secret Angel, Pink Nation, Mountain Romance, and Bright Night Angel, there’s an aesthetic for everyone. You can even shop the show! I happened to have bought the red matching set that Kendall Jenner wore during the Road Ahead segment and I absolutely love it!
Created by Eddie Borgo, Jasmine Tookes wore the $3million Fantasy Bra this year. Made from 9,000 stones weighing at about 450 carats, the Fantasy Bra took 700 hours to make! Taking such care to create the bra, Jasmine looked beautiful as she walked in the shimmering ensemble.
Lady Gaga performed “Million Reasons,” “A-Yo,” and “John Wayne,” from her new album Joanne. During “John Wayne,” Gaga revealed her leather jacket wings, making her a Victoria’s Secret honorary angel! Bruno Mars performed “Chunky”and his single “24K Magic” from his 24K Magic album. Also, from his new album Starboy, The Weeknd performed his hit album-titled song “Starboy.” All three artists were amazing during the show as Angels strutted the runway next to them.
The 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was a spectacle of gorgeous lingerie, beautiful models, and incredible musical artists.
