A classic holiday activity is to visit your local light displays. Whether they are walkthroughs or drive-ins, going to see a light display is a great way to end your night.
Visiting your downtown plaza is another activity to do during the holidays. Typically, cities will have a designated area downtown that is filled with decorative trees, shimmering lights, traditional exhibits, and much more! Check your city for winter events such as this.
If you live in New York, you absolutely have to see the Radio City Rockettes. It’s a Christmas spectacle that you don’t want to miss. With amazing dancers, sets, and costumes, it’s a great holiday event!
Going to your local county fair or amusement park, such as Disneyland, is a holiday activity must. Fairs and amusement parks usually will be decorated and have holiday themed shows and events!
Ice skating is another wonderful holiday activity that is fun to do with your family and/or friends. Even if you have never ice skated before, it is an activity that highlights togetherness as you may try to help one another from not falling. You’ll definitely have stories to tell that are full of cheer and laughter.
