Nike+ Training Club and More!

It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which may be easier said than done. However, it most certain can be done! There are many different ways to do so, such as using tools from Fitbit and Nike+. With my journey to a healthy and strong body, I first used the Fitbit One® to control my weight and then Nike+ Run Club and Nike+ Training Club to strengthen my body.

With the versatility of these tools, it is possible for you to achieve your personal health goals, whether it is to lose, gain, or maintain weight and/or to build endurance, strengthen muscles, and enhance agility. The Nike+ Training Club app is an excellent tool to use to accomplish your goals. This app comes with 100+ guided workouts with customizable plans to fit your schedule. The NTC app is available on the App Store and Google Play for free. Although results are different for everyone, I was able to increase my muscle definition throughout my body with a six-week plan as I gained a six-pack in my abdominals, toned my legs, and strengthened my biceps and triceps.

To assist you in your fitness journey, there are great accessories you can use. As described in my previous post, Workout Essentials, a hat or headband, a waistpack, and a training mat are basic accessories that can be helpful as you train. Nike offers great accessories, as well as Victoria’s Secret Sport, Adidas, and Ivy Park. Nike has durable training mats and waistpacks, Victoria’s Secret Sport and Ivy Park offer secure headbands, and Adidas has lightweight hats.

Fitness tools, such as the Fitbit One® and NTC app, as well as the NRC app, can help you to achieve your health goals. Also, with the accessories that suit your needs, you’re well on your way to a stronger you!
